Lake Alfred, Florida (April 24, 2012) — For a 3rd straight season, the MasterCraft Pro Wakeboard Tour (PWT) and the World Wakeboard Association (WWA) will be expanding on the Golden Ticket program; offering a chance for top ranked amateurs to progress and compete against the highest caliber professional wakeboarders on the planet. Each winner of the Golden Ticket will be given a free entry into the PWT stop associated with the Golden Ticket and also upgraded to a free professional membership through the WWA.
The breakdown
12 Golden Tickets will be awarded during the 2012 season. The winners of the highest caliber divisions at each of these chosen stops will be granted a Golden Ticket. These lucky, or we should say skilled, individuals will then have an automatic bid to ride in the MasterCraft Pro Wakeboard Tour.
“These tickets are a perfect fit for the MasterCraft Pro Wakeboard Tour, as the WWA continues to encourage amateur wakeboarders to take their riding to the next level” states Chris Bischoff, PWT Tournament Director.
