

We will be heating up the desert in sunny Arizona at the annual Wild West Wake Surf Shootout! This is a gold level event with a $10,000 cash pro prize! This two day event is held on the hock at Pleasant Harbor Marina, adjacent to Dillon’s Bayou BBQ. Host hotel is a 15 min drive, camping available on-site, and boat slips for rent. Come join us for two days of amazing riding, great BBQ and live music!

IMPORTANT RIDER INFORMATION
WWA RIDELINE:
For the most streamlined experience, riders should download the all new version of WWA Rideline and claim your rider profile. NOTE – your login credentials from the previous Rideline app will not work to login. You should create a completely new profile from scratch. If you purchased your WWA Membership outside of your WWA Rideline account, please contact us to link your membership to your account.
With a completed Rider Profile you will have access to all information for the event, including riding orders, event media and the ability to chat with your fellow competitors. Check out all of the information from the WWA including the upcoming events on the Centurion World Series of Wake Surfing.
Any communications during the event will be communicated to riders via the “Chat” section in the app.
Event Riding Order:
The event riding order will be available via the WWA Rideline app on Thursday, April 3rd.
The event will use the following criteria for seeding the first round of competition:
1st Criteria – 2025 Cali Comp Festival Results
2nd Criteria – 2024 Overal WSWS Ranking
3rd Criteria – Any Riders without a seeding through the above criteria will be broken up by whether they competed in 2024 at all in another division. All others will be seeded randomly.

EVENT SITE INFORMATION:
The event venue, Pleasant Harbor Marina, is located at 8708 W Harbor Blvd Peoria, AZ. You’ll pull into the Lake Pleasant RV Resort and at the main gate there is a daily $9 fee per car, $12 per boat. Drive through the gate to the right and park at the blue tents and flags for Dillon’s Bayou BBQ, then take a golf cart down to the marina. If you want you can drop off your gear at the Marina ramp, there are black carts you can use to wheel it down. Please tip your golf cart drivers as they work solely on gratuities. Do not park down below in member parking, as your car will be removed. Please give yourself ample time to get down to the marina.
There are no Onewheels permitted on any part of the dock. You are asked to carry any transport devices once on the dock. Also, once on the dock please stay clear of the golf cart, turning section. We keep this area clear for the drivers and safety of the event participants.
There are public bathrooms adjacent to the Marina Office and also located in Dillon’s restaurant. The restaurant is open from 11am-10pm Friday and 9am-10pm Saturday. You can order takeout from the marina store in addition to dining in the restaurant. The marina store offers snacks including ice cream and drinks for your convenience.
RIDER CHECK-IN:
Rider Check in: All riders should have completed an Online Check-In & Rider Bio – 2025 Wild West Shootout form. You will not be able to check in on site without completing this form Once on the dock please head to the WWA Information Tent which will be open from 7am. Our first rounds of competition will begin at 8am.
Please ensure you arrive early for your run, it takes a while to get down to the marina and the starting dock area. Please check-in with the dock starter.
**If you have wax on your board/feet please be respectful of the sea doo and staging pontoon.**
WWA Rule Book:
It is the rider’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the WWA Rule Book.
COURSE INFORMATION:
The Centurion Ri245 will be the official boat for the 2025 course. At approximately 55 seconds in length, baseline speeds will be set to 11.3 mph. Riders will be permitted 2 falls or 1 pickup per pass, and transfers will NOT be permitted.
All athletes will ride twice with a cumulative points system being used, with the exception of any divisions with heats. These divisions will have a qualifying heat, LCQ, and Final.
The WWA and the Centurion WSWS have partnered to meet the needs of competing athletes by standardizing event formats and divisions. For more information about the DRIVE judging criteria and athlete responsibilities, please refer to the WWA Rule Book.
