Monster Energy WWA Wake Park Triple Crown Announces 2014 Schedule
Alliance MultiMedia – Cardiff CA, (April 17th, 2014) – The Monster Energy WWA Wake Park Triple Crown (#MEWPTC) 2014 schedule will kick off on June 27th at Cajun X Cable Park, Louisiana’s first and only full size cable wake park in Lafayette. The second event will be hosted at the incredible new Terminus Cable Park outside of Atlanta, Georgia and this event will also be a WWA Wake Park World Series event. The final event will wrap up the season at the now world famous BSR Cable Park in Waco, Texas.

In addition to the largest wake park event purse in North America, for the first time this series will visit two new parks; Cajun X in Lafayette, Louisiana and Terminus outside of Atlanta, Georgia. Both parks have incredibly unique facilities and will play host to amazing events.
The second stop of the Wake Park Triple Crown at Terminus Cable will also be a WWA Wake Park World Series event. This promises that top riders from around the globe will travel to Atlanta to compete for WWA Wake Park World Series points, their share of the prize purse and the overall WWA Wake Park World Series Championship. This event series is set to continue to bring the most impressive action and biggest names to wake parks across North America.
In its 5th year the WPTC guarantees to further set the standard for quality events and athletic performances at wake park events on a global scale. This year, top name riders such as Tom Fooshee (USA), Daniel Grant (THA), Raph Derome (CAN) and James Windsor (AUS) will travel to three unique cable parks to compete for the individual event titles and the Wake Park Triple Crown overall series championship.
Overall points will be awarded based on each rider’s finish at each stop, accumulating points over the three-stop series for the opportunity of taking the 2014 Wake Park Triple Crown Overall Championship. 4-time winner, Tom Fooshee, has held the title since the inaugural year of the series, however with the beginning of the 5th year, many top-ranked international riders will have their eyes set on the top of the podium.

The series kicks off June 27th & 28th at Cajun X with an incredible line up of athletes, events, bands, parties and entertainment for everyone. In addition to the best athletes and the largest prize purse, the event promises a weekend to remember.
