The fifth stop of the Nautique Wake Series and third stop of the WWA Wakeboard World Series (WBWS), this event served as a major turning point in the 2017 season as Harley Clifford had no choice but to go for broke to take the win after Nautique athlete Mike Dowdy threw down a flawless run in the final. Team Nautique rider Meagan Ethell removed any doubt in her return to dominance for 2017 with one of the most progressive runs in Women’s wakeboard history.
Jr. Pro Men’s standout Tyler Higham battled Australia’s Elliot Digney and Italy’s Lorenzo Soprani with an insane mix of style, double flips, and technical riding for a career-defining win behind the legendary Super Air Nautique G23. In the Wakeksate division, All-American hero Reed Hansen looked like a magician on the water en route to the National Title.
