Check-In for all athletes will be at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel (details listed below). All athletes are highly encouraged to check-in the night before they ride (This is where you will receive your pass to get into the festival). If you do not check-in with us that night, you must be on-site at least one hour before the posted time for your division to begin with Event Registration and Current 2016 WWA Membership COMPLETED and will be responsible for cost of getting into the festival.
CNE Festival Passes are required to get to the event site. If you do not check in the night before you ride, you will be responsible for paying to get in the venue as there will be no other way to get passes.
Each rider that is registered will receive the following at check-in:
(1) Rider Pass
(1) Coach Pass
(1) Family Pass
The passes provide access into the CNE Festival for the events four scheduled days. If additional passes are needed, they can be purchased directly from the CNE onsite.

Empress of Canada Boat Cruise
Boarding – 6:30pm
Cruising Time – 7:00pm-10:30pm
We will be boarding at Harbour Square Park (Situated at Queens Quay West and York Street, An easy walk along the waterline from the Westin)
