Amateur riders have already qualified through their local parks during the National Points Chase. Pro Riders may have qualified the same way or they may qualify through an opening round held on Friday 9/13. For the WPTC – Feature Only and women’s divisions riders do not need to pre qualify to compete. The combined event should have over 300 registered riders and will be the largest cable wakeboard event to date. The entire event will be sanctioned by the WWA.

Click the links below to register for the either the NPC or WPTC events and to sign up for the WWA. Orlando Watersports Complex (OWC) looks to be the favorite for the team portion of the competition. Riders compete individually but they also accrue team points throughout the event. Last year OWC traveled to Waco, Texas and upset two time defending champs, Texas Ski Ranch. In 2013 one hundred different individuals have taken part in the OWC summer series, more than any other park in the country. Add that depth to the home site advantage and the other parks will have to be at their best to have a chance to steal the title from OWC. For images from each park, look no further than Instagram and the hashtag #pointschase. Riders from every site can upload their images and hashtag them so friends across the country can see what is going on at other parks.
